About
Fabiola Rodriguez learned the art of Mexican cuisine as a child, from typical food to Mexican Gourmet. She learned recipes from her grandmother who owned a famous restaurant, plus recipes of her family with talented Chefs.
In her twenties, she moved to China to cater Mexican Gourmet food and tequila at private events for the Chinese Government and private companies. After she moved to Canada, she started to host events for family and friends. She acknowledged the love from Canadians for some of her traditional dishes.
Fabiola has upgraded ingredients to create delicious meals to nourish body and soul, she presents the menu with a style that represents the traditional and elegant Mexican experience.

What is the minimum number of guests?
We require a minimum of 25 guests for all our bookings.
Can you include vegan options?
Yes, if some of your guests are vegan or vegetarian we can accommodate their dishes.
How long does the dinner last?
Typical dinners last 2 or 3 hours.
How far in advance do I need to book my event?
We need at least one week notice to prepare your event.
